Katie was our party host and she was extremely attentive! It was great having everything done for you including food and clean up. Spending one hour jumping, the an hour for pizza, cake, and presents was perfect timing.

The facility was clean. The staff was helpful & organized. Getting everyone checked in and our things situated in the party room was taken care of for us. We were very pleased. Thank you for helping us to provide an enjoyable party for our daughter & her friends.

Our host Nate was awesome! Nate, other staff, and the manager helped me several times as my guests trickled in late. Nate was fun and engages the kids in the party room.

Katie Dodge was awesome, communicated with us for the time we walked in the door! Online booking was a bit confusing but staff made up for that. All the kids had a blast!

The team members were very nice. The place was very clean. It was not crowded like other jump places; it was a controlled environment. Having a party there was so nice... Party POC Helena was great!

It was very pleasant and the party time hours were great. The park was not crowded at all. The party room was spacious and had appropriate time for food and presents. Our host was wonderful

The hostess for our party was friendly, engaging, and on top of everything for our party. She went above and beyond to make my sons party great. I couldn't be happier with how it went.

It was very smooth Party check-in. The experience for the party was well organized and flowed well. The event planner was very helpful friendly and accommodating.
