I am over the moon pleased with my son’s party at Skyzone yesterday (2/9). The staff were pleasant and eager to help from check in till the end. Our party hosr, Jacinta (spelling?) was so kind, patient, and competent, that I will definitely recommend Skyzone to the other parents! Oh, and the kids had a blast jumping! Thank you and I thank all the staff working at Syracuse Skyzone!!!

The issue was that there are no handicap accessible ramps or elevators in the building. Someone in our family had recently experienced an accident temporarily crippling both arms, pelvis and his legs, leaving him in a wheel chair. This was his first public outing since then and he was left to sit downstairs by the games while the kids jumped then when we asked about an elevator we were told the only thing they could do was carry him which isn’t possible due to a broken pelvis and for overall safety. It was very hard to see the look on his face when he thought he was going to have to miss out on the party room too. Sadly he had to push his body outside of the doctor ordered limits and have my husband help walk him up and down the stairs. I’ve never seen a public place that doesn’t accommodate wheel chairs. If anything could be different there, I’d change that.

The party room should be available for the duration of the party (not just the food time). Many parents want to wait and have a room to set their stuff in during birthday parties.

The party before us stayed for over 30 minutes longer in the birthday room than they were supposed to. When the manager finally got involved they left, but I had ten hungry 4 and 5 year olds and their annoyed parents waiting to go up to the room.

Our Party Hostess was great - she seemed slightly stressed but it didn't show in her communication with me or my guests. When she wasn't interacting with us, she seemed frazled. However, the open bounce was sold out the night of our party - it was very crazy upon check-in, we had to move my party twice during check-in to get away from the craziness of open bounce. It also seemed like my party goers didnt know what to do upon arrival because the line was out the door and no one was there to direct them over to our personal check-in. This made it so we were about 10 minutes into our party for everyone to get checked in and no one was late to our party - everyone was early. Lastly, the clocks in the facility are incorrect. Some were 5 minutes faster, not a single clock was correct. Also, my part hostess stated we could bounce 10min longer due to the check-in delay, however, it didn't reach all the workers and they were kicking my party guests out of the activities. The facility in a whole seemed understaffed for a sold out night and birthday party.

My son got sick on his birthday. Plus it was very crowded. Which is to be expected for a Saturday. Also, there is really no security for the kids unless a parent is watching them.

It was very crowded but wait times were great! They got the details of the party wrong... our jump time was supposed to be at 3:30 but was labeled at 4:00. The team just let us jump for the extra 30 mins. It was great! I wish there was an option to jump for 1:30 mins vs 1 hr on the parties. We didn’t need more than 30 mins in the party room. They only had water, even though I put orange, lemonade and water in my order online. They rectified that immediately. Everything went well!

The Sky Zone attendant we had was very nice however she did not help out in the way I would have liked. I served the pizza along with other parents. She also started singing happy birthday to my son while I was halfway across the room.
