Very clean. Friendly staff. Great place to have a birthday party with no worries. Have had birthday parties there before and will continue to do so.

The staff welcomed us warmly when we arrived. They had everything ready for the party of 11. Kids were all instructed well on rules and had a great time. The team members were so friendly and helpful through the whole party, very excellent service!!

Kids did not like the taste of the pizza. In the future we will probably not book parties unless the pizza choice changes.

I'd like access to the party room for the entire party time, not just 40 minutes, to decorate and have more of a party feel. More choices for pizza and beverage offerings that are NOT high calorie pop / full of sugar. There was not a single beverage offering in that category. Our kids were very thirsty and we ended up waiting for the second beverage pitcher for 10-15 minutes after we got in the room.

The fargo location is a bit lackluster compared to other locations The party room was under construction so we were in a make shift room

It was a lot of money and we felt rushed while eating. Otherwise we were satisfied with our experience. If we were going to spend that much we'd go again.

We went at a time that was not busy which was great when having a group of 7 year olds.

Since we purchased the Supreme jump package for 25 jumpers it was assumed sky zone would take note of incoming people but it was VERY overcrowded. Our group consisted of 3-6 year olds. I would pay more to have sky zone not sell at many general passes during a birthday party time.
