I would’ve appreciated a return email stating that you had all liability waivers (after I had sent a email with the jumpers info). I was concerned it’d be a last minute issue. I appreciated the birthday party assistance from Emma. She was nice, explained things well, and set everything up. I am still unsure if the cost is something I want to do again. Maybe offer a birthday coupon/discount for returning birthday parties customers?

Before we were able to sing happy birthday or even see the birthday cake, one of the team members assisting cut it up without telling us first, really disappointed I didn’t get to take a picture of my son with his cake.

I feel team members don't always use best judgement calls when it comes to the safety of children. Also shouldn't be playing while regulating game areas!
