The kids had a blast at the birthday party. They spent most of the jump time playing dodgeball, their favorite thing to do when there. The birthday party host was great and so helpful.

The girls that helped us did a great job with such a large group. Worth every penny to not have to cook, clean, and serve everyone. Everyone had a great time

We had our son's 11th birthday party there and needless to say a bunch of pre-teen boys are hard to control and the workers out on the trampolines and the ones that assisted with the party did a great job. I told my husband we've never had a party where they did all then work for us! :) Great experience.

Very easy and hardly any planning for me! A great active activity for the kids. Kids of all ages can have fun and stay busy! Never bored.

The staff member who assisted us for our birthday party was awesome. She was energetic and fun and kept things moving at just the right pace to take advantage of all of the time we paid for. The pizza was much larger than I expected and so good! I also couldn't believe how large the pitchers of beverages were.

I was extremely impressed with almost everything we experienced as first timers at SkyZone. The only complaints I had were: 1) the tracking and filling out of the waiver forms was slightly challenging. Some of my guests filled them out but had to be updated or information changed when we got there since the information was incorrect. 2) 40 minutes does not seem to be enough time to eat and open presents. If we would have had a birthday cake, we would have ran out of time. 3) even though she was nice are hostess just hanging out in the room, made it slightly awkward. But also, at about halfway through our 40 minutes, she was wiping things down, getting rid of pitchers of drinks, and throwing plates, etc.... before we were even finished. My daughter had wanted more ice water and the pitcher had been dumped out so when we requested more ice water, it was about 10 minutes later when she got back with the picture.

Food is good, staff if great , place is entertaining

The ease of having a birthday party at Skyzone! You have to get everyone there and you guys do the rest! It makes it less stressful and easier to enjoy!

The staff made our visit with all the kids super easy from the time we arrived until we left. They checked in consistently and helped with everything we needed. Great job guys...it made our birthday party experience awesome!!
