Exceptional experience with the friendly & energetic staff, clean & safe equipment, lots of room to play and have fun! Having birthday parties at Sky Zone is a wonderful experience!

All the staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and courteous! Nobody seemed to be “Debbie downers”. Multiple staff checked on us to make sure everyone was having fun!

In the instances I wasn't highly satisfied, it was probably due to the fact it was busier than I'd ever seen it and was a little chaotic with directions but despite that, managed to stay organized.

Very organized and communication was great. The check in time of 30 minutes was a little long, as everyone was on time so the kids started to get antsy. However, the team was great at allowing the kids to start jumping early as it fit into the schedule. The bins to put coats and shoes in was great! The dedicated team member then hung them all up and placed the shoes neatly on the floor. I can't say enough how impressed I was! We will host another party at Sky Zone in a heart beat! What a great job!

Very organized, fun to watch kids jump and not worry about setting up room and food. Thanks for taking such good care of mom and kids! Kids loved when coaches should them how to do tricks.

Our party host was extremely helpful and attentive to us! He made sure we had anything we needed!

Easy birthday party. Jacob was an excellent birthday party host. All details were taken care of for me.

I enjoyed that I did not have to do much for the party. Skylzone provides everything.

Friendly staff Clean Fun atmosphere

Staff was friendly on the phone & in person the day off the party. My only complaint is my son didn’t get his gift from SkyZone.
