The birthday party went very smoothly from check-in until completion. Everything was clean and well organized. Problems with booking prior to the party were remedied. We really liked our party host.

Just didn’t have a clear enough explanation of the birthday party set up, I jus felt rushed throughout the process and didn’t get my daughter’s birthday shirt.

I asked for vouchers for jump time for the 3 remaining spots in my party package that I had paid for. I would have returned with my son and his friends to jump another time. I was told that you do not do this because adults could have jumped. Not every adult is able to jump. I feel like money was wasted.

I booked a birthday party with 20, 5 year olds. I was asked to come 30 minutes early to check in. We did do that, then we just waited while all the kids screamed and ran around for 25 minutes. It was just stressful, I wish there was something for the guests to do aside from the 5 video games, while they waited for jump time to start. Hosts for the birthday were very nice, attentive and helpful. Alot of the guests were thirsty while jumping, it wound have been nice To have had a cooler of waters to give them so they didn’t have to pay for it. Especially, if I paid for bottomless drinks during the party room hour, I would have gladly added water bottles on to that bill that could be available to guests during the jump hour. But Overall good time, my son defiantly had a blast!!! Thanks!

I was charged for an extra jumper that didn’t jump and the kids only got to jump for 1 hour when we had extra time in our room they could have jumped.

I did not appreciate that there was no room for my guests to wait in when they arrived for check in. There’s only a bleachers area that’s very small and crowded. I thought I was paying to have the party room for two hours. That was not the case. There’s no healthy alternatives for food and I thought it was extremely disappointing that I could not bring any outside food for my guests especially children they need a healthy well rounded diet and to only be offered fried foods and pizza is so disappointing. I didn’t even hear an announcement saying that my son’s party was ready to be moved to the room either. Also, There was no bathroom on the second floor which when you’re dealing with small children having to leave the area that they’re at to take them downstairs is inconvenient.

Wild kids bouncing babies on trampolines. Not following rules/signs for toddler area. Too crowded, hard to let young ones have a safe experience. Check in was good but a little confusing and shoes got in wrong tubs. My party got there at 1:15 per skyzone but jump time wasnt until 1:45. Hard to wait that long. Staff was great. Just wish there was a small kids area blocked off from big kids and out of the main area.

The only thing I didn’t like was that adults had to be included in my party of jumpers. I felt like some adults should be included into the price to jump with their kids. I thought toddler time would’ve counted for that but idk. Everything else was great.

Safety observer staff was inpatient and rude with my 2 and 4 year old children. I think the price was not adequate for services received. The jump time is way too short! I was told that my birthday boy will get an unlimited jump pass for the next three month after the party but only got a one time 60 minutes pass.

Kids ultimately want to jump. Give then an hour 15 to jump and the party room for 45 min.
