We booked a kids bday party. We knew in advance that the jump time was 1 hour and party room 1 hour, we got what we expected. Many kids needed water breaks/bathroom breaks during the jump time and missed out on valuable jump time. Would have been nice if party room was available during jump time for drink breaks so kids could have beverages ready when needed instead of having to run to concessions and so party host wasn’t accountable for hold beverages while kids jumped.

Felt it was a little disorganized.. we were asked to be there 30 mns in advance and were just kinda standing around awkwardly after we checked in waiting for our jump time.. felt like an they should have had more than and hour to jump.. maybe 1.5 atleast for the price I paid. Disappointed in the pizza esp what I was charged considering what you actually paid for it.. receipt was still on the box :/ .. didnt seem fresh at all. The room and party hostess was good.. only thing is the drinks were sitting empty for a while before they got refilled.. dont think that was her fault just alot of kids that stuff goes fast.

Staff was great. Maybe more checkin kiosks for those who needed to complete waivers would have a nice addition

My party host had her moments to the guest she wasn’t helpful and she promise to cut my price but didn’t because I didn’t have 15 kids to unattend my party

My large group really enjoyed the VA beach location. The process of check in was long. Need a option to print waiver and have in hand with large groups over 20 jumpers.

For the birthday party majority of the children were thirsty from jumping and I was told I couldn’t access my bottomless drinks I paid for because they were for the “party room,” although we were told we could get complimentary water, still would be better if we could access our drinks for our party or had access to water instead of waiting in line. Otherwise had a great time.

Overall i had a problem with not being able to order more food it shouldn't matter when you order it you should still have a choice. Someone should make sure you have everything you need. When you get more child added to you party. I felt they drop the ball and i spent alot of money and didn't have enough pizza.

The party room was not available in time to decorate n balloons were left downstairs

Two reasons why I was not highly satisfied, 1. I wanted to bring in water and a small snack for the parents with me at my 6 year olds party. I’m sure they were starving by the time it was over. 2. I felt we could have used another 15 minutes in the room to play a game or open presents. Over all it was a good party and I would recommend it to friends.

Our party host did not explain the rules and we couldn't really hear him when he was talking to the group of children. He was very slow and my family ended up passing out drinks, Pizza, & cake. Papa John's Pizza order was backwards; we ordered more cheese pizzas than pepperoni pizzas and got more pepperoni than cheese. We love coming to the dkyzone!
