The menu is scarce and there is nothing to do other than jump it’s only a couple of arcade games

For some reason my birthday reservation was done incorrectly so my party was pushed back 30 minutes. This actually was ok since it allowed time for people to arrive. I wish I had the room earlier though. The employees were awesome setting up the room though.

For the price paid the amount of jump time didn't seem to be enough. It seemed to go by so quickly.

I feel that the time in the party room is too rushed. I wish the staff would have located me and my daughter (birthday girls) and let us be the first to enter the party room. When my daughter entered the room she was one of the last children to be seated. At the beginning of the party I was approached by one of our guests parent’s who said “they kicked us out of the general jump area” when I questioned the staff he said he wasn’t kicking the children out but telling them they could go to the 5 and under room. Not sure what happened because I was not present but the parent felt her child was “kicked out” . The 2 staff members in our party room were wonderful though.

It was just way to crowded at the time we went. The check in times were not really explained to us. They checked us in gave passes so we went and started jumping, then they proceeded to tell me that I had to gather the kids up (most under 3) and have them wait for 30 til it was our jump time
