Staff were helpful. Party host was nice and on it. She is also who showed me around when deciding where to have the party. She’s a great asset to the team. Lots of fun things to do I would say only down side is too busy to really get to jump and experience everything because it was over crowded.

I cant tell you how helpful Watkins and every single team member I came into contact with during my visit especially considering the issues I was dealing with during my party. If I ever decided to do another company outing, it would be at skyzone.

The staff was very helpful. They had containers for the children’s gifts and shoes. The host was very helpful in every way. She even assisted me to the car with my stuff. I would do parties here again.

Everyone had a blast. The facility is clean and well maintained. Maliq is AMAZING and made the whole party go smoothly from check in to check out. It would not have been the success it was if not for Maliq! Thank you.

The team was exceptionally helpful during the entire birthday party process. From booking, to the day of the event there was constant contact. The hosts were attentive to all 20 of our kids and we were very happy with the amount of help they offered us.

Our host was great and really made the time in the party room easy.

Everyone was friendly and there was plenty to do. Birthday party events are so perfect and easy.

I held my daughters 5th birthday there - it was easy to coordinate, organize and plan. The electronic email invites were helpful but, a text message invite would have been even more helpful because a lot of the electronic emails went to people's spam/junk folders. The kids had a great time and I felt that an hour of jump time before going to the party room was perfect. The full hour for the party room was a little more than we needed, but I was pleased with the space. I do think the prices are a little high and if I hadn't planned the party at the last minute I would have shopped around a little more. The food, drinks and service were great, but I think the package should have included more than 4 pizzas (I had the package for a party of 20 and it included only 4 - based on the price I think 5 pizzas is more reasonable).

The staff member for the birthday party was awesome. She made sure we had everything we needed. She was very polite and friendly.
