Everything was as I expected because I had hosted parties there before, but I was extremely impressed with our host, Malik (not sure how to spell his name). He was an absolute joy to work with. He memorized all the children’s names and called them by their name when working with them. He was fun, friendly, very personable. He was informative throughout the party. At the end he even knew which shoes belonged to which child and helped the younger ones who needed help put on their shoes. Other parents were impressed with his attentiveness, too. He’s what made the experience memorable and enjoyable. The management staff should really recognize him. He goes above and beyond. You don’t find that in people these days. Y’all are lucky to have him.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. When I had an issue with finding my cards to pay I called to figure out an alternative way. Originally I was told I had to pay either cash or cashiers check if I couldn’t use my card. Long story short I received a call back from a gentleman who was going to go above and beyond to help.

The hostess was very nice and attentive. No wait time with jumping, not crowded which is good. But I felt like we were very rushed in the party room. We got there at 1:45pm and everything was done by 2:15pm. So it felt very rushed. Other than that it was a good party.

The assistance from the crew members was exceptional! As a party host it's difficult to be everywhere at once, however, they were great extra hands to have! Thank you for making my daughter's birthday a wonderful experience!

The place was clean and the staff friendly. Our birthday host Keenan was amazing! He was so friendly and patient and set the room up wonderfully while everyone jumped. It took a lot of stress off of me and I felt like I was able to enjoy the party

The staff was really nice, the park was nice as well. The one thing I don’t agree with that was a really big bummer is how much time you have to be in the party room. It should really be split so that the kids can Jump-Party room- then jump again. To try and stretch out a hour in the party room was ridiculous. The kids were bored. Especially when they kept wanting to go play when it doesn’t take that long to eat and open presents. It’s like we were trying to love at slow past just so I could get my money’s worth and staying in the room

We had the best team leader/party host anyone could have. Our host was Keeden, one of the kindest, friendliest people, who works really well with young children. Finally, the rest of the staff were helpful and friendly.

Loved the ease of having a birthday party at Sky Zone. The party hosts were extremely helpful and did a great job. Everyone has a fun time. The staff was very friendly.
