The check in was quick. The host and the employees kept a smile on there face every time. The room was set up so Nicely. I loved the set up. Our host was the best!!!!!!

From start to finish the party was great. Most jumpers pre registered for fast access. Party room and attention to guests was great. We will be back for sure.

Your staff at the Va beach location was extremely excellent. Our entire party was a great success due to them. We will most definitely have another event here.

Friendly staff and cleanliness in the area

Check in was great,our host was great, the party area was great, however more attention needs to be paid to younger children as there were other adult skyzone guests being rough with the younger children at the dodgeball area. Also the pizza was cold, we spoke to the host about this, who told us she spoke to the manager but there was no resolution.

Great customer service and prices. Party host had full control Of the process.
