Sky Zone was not over-crowded, which made me feel safer for the kids jumping. The space appeared very well maintained and clean. The kids had a great time!

Friendly and accommodating staff! Our Birthday coordinator was extremely helpful and kind. The staff as a whole was very positive and happy to work with children. Just all in all a wonderful experience.

The staff took the stress off of me. I was able to enjoy the party and my guests without worry. My kids and guests had a blast playing and jumping

The employees were so friendly which made for a welcoming environment. The party room was so clean and well kept and our party hostess went above and beyond. I didnt expect for her to serve us pizza and drinks and this made for a less stressful party.

I had my son's 7th birthday party at Sky Zone today, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff was friendly, helpful, and extremely professional. We've had parties at other places, but this was by far the best! Nayo was our host, and she cheerfully tended to our every need. She kept the party organized and made sure there was a smooth transition between activities. I was impressed with all of the staff from start to finish. This is also a super clean place for kids to play (play areas, bathrooms, and party rooms). I will definitely have birthday parties at this facility again in the future. (This is my five star Google review!)

Jazymne at the Virginia Beach location was amazing! She was so helpful and enthusiastic! She totally handled everything and was so sweet to the children (and adults)! She made our birthday girl feel special! As a parent, it was the easiest party I've ever done!

Our host Naoyo was phenomenal. So easy to have a party here. All the kids enjoyed themselves.

Jordan and Tiana were awesome hosts! They set up my decorations and my son enjoyed his party with his friends!

I was satisfied with everything especially our host, Nayo. This is nothing on her, but when we were in the party room there was a very large party that took up all of the tables outside the launch pad room (where we were). My guests had nowhere to sit. It was disappointing as I had to beg for a chair from them for my father in law who is disabled.
