I have had some past non good experiences with some of the workers there. Party planner was on top of us with very good service

Had to wait to check in. Person in charge did not know where the party favors were. Found them eventually. The foam pits were closed off for the little kids but open in the warrior course which was unfair for the younger kids.

The craft didn’t have glue, the tape for the masks didn’t work and the kids were bored by the activity. They didn’t even get to decorate the masks. We could only just try the syringe around to be able to wear it. Also check in took a very long time .

It was hectic. The kids felt rushed. It would have been nice to let the parents wait in the party room while the kids jumped, And use it as a rally point.

The check in process began late and took too long which cut into the party time we had been promised. Our guests all arrived 10 minutes or more early to the party so we should not have had to lose the time.

We were rushed out of the party room after the event. It would have been nice if there was a holding area for party attendees who stay to jump for the 30 additional minutes in the Platinum package. Speaking of which, the platinum package extra jump time was not clearly explained. Also, i was charged an additional $60 for 2 extra jumpers, when we only had 14 people at our party. I did not discover this until I got home. Finally, while our party assistant was competent, she did not thank us for the $50 tip, which I thought was generous but maybe not.

Our party was scheduled for 2:10 and kids waited over 20 minutes to start jumping. We knew there would be 2 late arrivals and had to wait for all kids to be there before they'd begin the party. (The majority of the party arrived prior to 2:10) If a party begins at 2:10, the kids should get to start playing then, not have to sit for 20+ minutes first.
