Not all of the areas were open. Unfortunately if you have a limited time then children spent that time waiting. I am not sure if this is a new policy or just a case of being understaffed.

There was no line in the party section so it was confusing how to check in. The guy behind the register talked way too low and it is very loud in there. He was confused and didn't explain anything correctly. I preordered the birthday party and we say waiting around for 30 minutes before we could start the party. The host was great. She was knowledgeable and very attentive. She saved our experience and the reason we will be back.

We had 25 Kindergarteners, so I would have appreciated more help from employees to help keep track of everyone. Also, before we ate lunch, no one offered hand sanitizer. Almost every other children's party I've attended has the kids line up to clean hands before they eat....this is important.

As I mentioned, the check in process for the party was a disaster. They expected 20 3-4 year olds to wait 30 minutes in the lobby and it took forever and was very disorganized. Then, there were general public people in the jump part of the party even though I paid $600+ to rent it out fully. Then, the walk to the party room was disorganized and we lost a child due to walking through the crowd in the front by check in. This is after the pizza was 10 minutes late (the pizza I was forced to order through you), cutting into the already short 45 minutes we had in the party room. The room had flies in it and the pizza plates were cleared away literally as kids (and parents) were still eating to start the cake because of timing issues. Then the girl started giving out our goodie bags and telling people to put their shoes on, while they were still eating cake. Lastly, the "Happy Birthday Miles" on the whiteboard was changed to "Happy Birthday Paula" before our first guest even exited our party. Paula's presents were already being brought into the room and our tableclothes removed and hers put on the table. Lastly, I had to do my own setup and no one ever offered to help (I'm 8m pregnant).

Not many option for food! Everything is rushed we had an hour to jump and 40 min to celebrate? That is not enough for the money! Other than that was ok!

It's very overwhelming with all the kids. Didn't completely understand how the day was going to progress.

I feel the Birthday parties should have a jump time of 1 and 1/2 hours. when I booked the party it told me I have 2 hours. I booked 3-5:00 party time. I got 1 hour of jump time for 12 kids and 30mins in the party room. Would of been nice to have extra jump time, since I paid for 2 hours.
