I feel the Birthday parties should have a jump time of 1 and 1/2 hours. when I booked the party it told me I have 2 hours. I booked 3-5:00 party time. I got 1 hour of jump time for 12 kids and 30mins in the party room. Would of been nice to have extra jump time, since I paid for 2 hours.

They told me my check in time was 1140am and I called the night before to confirm this and then when I got there they said my check in time was 1210pm so all my guests waited for 30 minutes to even be checked in and I got the private court rental for my daughter's birthday party and other kids kept invading our court and the attendant did nothing so I paid for a private court for nothing.
