The initial check in process was too chaotic. I signed waiver online and had to redo it at the kiosk was unclear of what steps to take to speed up the process. Lastly, I was disappointed that I was told to go wait in the concession stand line to get waters and sodas for the adults (which I wouldve paid for on the party tab, but instead, i had to miss 20 min of my own daughters party to go get them and carry them back in a crate??)

They told me my check in time was 1140am and I called the night before to confirm this and then when I got there they said my check in time was 1210pm so all my guests waited for 30 minutes to even be checked in and I got the private court rental for my daughter's birthday party and other kids kept invading our court and the attendant did nothing so I paid for a private court for nothing.
