Overall the party was good. The only thing I did not like was as the host of the party they allowed people to check in prior to me getting there and I was there timely. They weren’t sure if I was including these people in the party or not. Also the party room was tiny, my cake and gifts did not have a table, it was top of the shoe/ item rack.

Although we enjoyed the place itself, there was not much support from the staff in hosting the party itself as compared to other party venues we have used.

I was not impressed with our party host. She wasn't very engaging and didn't say her name even after I introduced myself. It seemed ad if she didn't like kids and even other issues in my party commented. Good thing I am an outgoing person and could address my group as well as the kids. I realize sometimes people have bad days, but if that was the case, she should have been supervising the kids in the park and not helping with a kids party. The last time I came to a party at skyzone, the host was amazing and waited on the kids, cleaned up and was very personable, this was the experience I was hoping for.

Overall it wasn't that bad but in my opinion the price I paid for a birthday should include more jumping time and less room time specially when Sky Zone doesn't allow you to bring treats from outside with the exemption on fruit and veggies kid's don't like much and I brought my own cake.

There are no private areas to change a diaper. I'm a single father and the men's room had no changing table and the staff refused to let me use a private room to change my daughter's diaper. I recieved zero help and attitude when I inquired about a changing room.

I just wasn't impressed with the size of the place it was awfully small not to mention all the people I think that it needs to be expanded and it showed more on the website than with that was actually there

No one was really clear on how the party worked. Guys serving the pop and pizza seemed weren’t to helpful. Didn’t receive the birthday T-shirt or coupons to go wit the party.

The party room time slot. I didn’t like not being able to go into the room until everybody else pretty much can. & the lady that was helping us opened the things for us to eat on & with,with her teeth 🤦🏾‍♀️ Felt like I was rushed like we didn’t pay you guys $300+ for 2hours

1hr isn't enough jump time for a party and having to fill out information for each jumper is too much when there's 10 or more people.

There was no communication beforehand, I had to call to have my questions answered. It would have been nice if there was an announcement that it was time to use the party room, I had to go look for individual kids. Someone checked into my party and got a jump pass that sent part of my group.
