SkyZone

After check in, I was not given direction as to how to proceed. I was not explained to that a host would have me and our party follow them out to receive our bracelets to jump- we just figured that out on our own. The party was scheduled at 3PM, and because no one called us to go get our bracelets, or explained the process to us, my jumpers didn't get to jumping until 3:10 PM. Our party room was supposed to be ready at 4PM, and it was not ready until 4:10 PM. NO renouncement was made for our party to proceed to the party room, as it had been for other parties, during the course of our time there. Also, the monitors were not doing a great job with supervising the children, and although I was keeping an eye on our party goers, children of others were not supervised by their parents or watched well by the employees, thus creating some mishaps. Our party room host, however, was outstanding with running the party and taking care of everything. He was polite, yet firm with the rules, and very good with children. Overall, the kids had a great time, but I was displeased with the lack of organization at the beginning.

The price you pay for a birthday party and not to be able to have the adults who attend have a gather area was very inconvenient. Just for the company to capilize on the amount of parties they can cramp in one day. I had a party at the same location a few years ago and had access to the party room from start time to stop time. I'm a mother of five who has many more birthdays to celebrate and one place we will not be choosing in the future is Skyzone.

The birthday room by the air hockey table, was not as clean as needed. The garbage can was not cleaned off. It was a cheap lookn Happy Birthday banner hanging up. A broken lamp was in the room also. Not too professional lookn for the 243.00 I spent.

Sky zone itself is very fun but expensive for the options of what to do while there for your jump time. Looking for more options such as Get Air has.

There is no structure before getting into party room, check in process with 10+ children took up time that cut into the party. Hard to keep track of entire party of children with them just all running around separate for entire first part of party , would have been nice for them to stay together in a party group setting

There was no directions for party. If I had not run several before here, I would have been lost. Plus we couldn't get into party room until 45 minutes remained for party.

Would be alot better if we had access to bday room the whole time the bday party takes place, not just the last hour. Also not having to wait to start jumping after check in would be nice. You want people there 20-25 min early to check in and after that you have to just hangout which for kids is not very fun. Being able to start jumping after check in would be much better than just standing/sitting around waiting for the party to actually start.

The wait lines were very long, even for the main jumping area. There were so many 5-10 year olds waiting and not that many older kids, making the younger kids frustrated.
