Everything went together smoothly. I was especially impressed with the team member who led the girls in the party room - he was very patient and good natured with the girls - much more so than I would have been! It was a great place to have her birthday party and I would definitely do it again.

Was our 1st time their. We did a bday party 13th 4 our daughter n her friends. Was very happy w the way things went although it was extremely hot in there, n the ladies bathroom doors didn't lock. 2 of them. The attendsnt said it had been that hot for a couple weeks. Didn't know why. Myself n another child got too hot n almost fainted. We were drinking plenty of water n taking small breaks to cool off. Air should be running for the jumpers. And the bathroom doors need to lock. Other than that, it was definetly a great experience n we will return at a later date. Just hope its cooler n the doors lock in the ladies room. Will recommend the place. For the time n cost it was amazing. The kids had a wonderful time. Thank u

We had a birthday party and our host - Thomas - did a great job. The ice cream cake and pizza were very tasty and the kids had a good time.

The kids had a wonderful time. Many options for play. Plenty of time in the party room. Mike was fantastic running the show in the party room!

It was quite easy to book the birthday party and have all of the parents complete the waiver online - the customer service was excellent, and the kids had a great time!

The staff was amazing and super helpful. They went above and beyond for my sons party and we had a blast. We even had a minor situation but the staff did an exceptional job taking care of all our problems and running our party smoothly!

My kids had a great time! They loved all the options and an hour is the perfect amount of time for a group of 10-15 year olds to bounce off the walls.
