Party staff very attentive and friendly

The staff was friendly and helpful. The environment was welcoming and high energy. Our party host did a great job.

Everything went perfect for my daughter's party, it was a packed house but everything was great..

We quickly checked in and the staff had everything ready and organized for the party. The children jumped for the whole hour and had a blast. When it came time for the party the girl who set up and helped with the party did such a great job. I was actually surprised at the attentiveness of the hostess and would recommend friends and family to have a party at that location!

The staff was helpful and attentive. The facilities were of good quality and clean. The variety of activities were good. Only concern is I think I may have been overcharged 1 jumper.

Wonderful experience

There was not one issue during our party experience. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and kind. I truly felt that all the staff we interacted with wanted our daughter and our family to have the best experience possible. Our party host did an excellent job engaging in the kids and ensured that the event flowed smoothly (e.g. timing). The space accommodated the size of our party well and everything felt extremely comfortable.

The organizer in our birthday room was great. He does a phenomenal job of keeping the kids (and parents) entertained while making sure it all runs on time. I was really happy with how it went.

All the kids had a blast!

The kids had the best time ever. And the price was good for the birthday party package.
