Our party hostess was wonderful! The additions made to the jump areas were great, we loved the rock wall. The guy who checked us in for the party was very accommodating. My daughter had a wonderful birthday party.

Our experience was fantastic. The management and staff were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. As the organizer of the event, I was able to enjoy the party and had to do little else. The food and cake were very good, and the party room was very suitable for a party of our size.

There was a very rude/nasty team member name Shana, I called for the manager regarding her behavior toward me as a guest over a simple request. Mike the manager listen to what had happen to me during my check in for the birthday party I booked and paid for ..for my grandson Matthew Davis. Mike was very apologetic and was sorry about Shania's behavior toward me.. and Mike made sure that the rest of our stay and birthday party was great. Mike's customer services was implecable. Nice Job to making me forget about that first in counter with Shana. Thanks again Mike

Being a grandma I have tried all the places bowling Chuck E. Cheese kids gym etc. Nothing compared to this from the ease of boooking the party to the organization of getting 22 7 year olds all checked in and ready to the pizza which was actually pretty good to the ice cream cake C’mon those kids were in heaven!!! It was just enough time one hour jump one hour party .. perfect ..

It was fine. There was just minor issues that developed. First, we were told additional jumpers part of our party would be charged ($23.00) but they were only charged ($15.00) obviously not complaining but just confusing. Secondly, at no fault of sky zone it was just extremely busy. Again, no ones fault. Check in could have been made clear - our party didn’t really know where to stand so it made it confusing.

for the amount of money paid (almost $400) I felt that a hour of jump time WITHOUT the use of the birthday room was absurd. The parents as well as any kids not jumping had to wait in the common area, which was packed with people and kids. so diaper bags, phones etc all were unsafely at a random table. I brought decorations etc and did not even know the staff was setting the room up - i walked in to find it out myself after a hour & 15 minutes being there. no announcement, no communication. the girl that was staffed with had zero personality on top of it. overall, for the amount of money spent, I would have expected to have use of the birthday room for the full 2 hours, especially being as there were parents there as well. very poor planning & overall value.

I was satisfied . I just couldn’t afford it again . It was a good experience, just wish for the party the group could be more together .

Just very crowded. Also a lot big children bullying the smaller children in my party.

The party felt very rushed and for the first hour the guests that weren’t jumping had nowhere to sit

The party room was booked back to back and the workers were doing their best to clean up in between, but we still didn’t get into the room until about 7 minutes after our time. They made the announcement for us to go to the room but then had to wait. Again, the girls cleaning the room were doing their best, it was just a lot to try to do in a short time.
