if I book a 400.00 party then I should have access to the party room the entire duration of the party. The party which was held in our room prior to ours overran and none of the staff could be bothered to come froM to back room to speed them up- I was rushed for decorating, parents didn’t have a “home base” to drop kids and presents, desk staff couldn’t be bothered to direct anyone.

I wish the kids had more time to jump for the birthday party. I was told our party host would set up the room with our light amount of decorations. I had to tell her to hang up the banner, tablecloth, and use our themed paper products. But the banner was never hung and I had to remind about the plates.

Long wait for check in and signing waivers. It was very busy and hard to keep and eye on all children in the party.

Everything was great. It was not explained how long I had the room for and I had to ask a couple times for a knife and forks. The kids had fun and want to go back.

I was really happy with everything but I had decided to have the ice cream cake packaged to come homoe with us since my mom-in-law had brought a large cake from elsewhere. I figured on having the ice cream cake for dessert after another bday dinner we were having for my son. Since I live in Wales NY, its not around the corner so I never said anything since I do not have any time to pick it up. Just don't want thins to happen to anyone else......

I was satisfied with the overall visit and accommodations that were provided for us to celebrate out son's 9th birthday party. This is our 2nd time using the facility for a party and things were well.

Hot in party room, no communication on where to go what to do, how to find kids and when to go party room, pricing is pretty ridiculous for what you get

You guys are pricey. Lol

I believe the birthday room should be available for the full two hours. We had to find seats which can be challenging at certain times. Additionally, I paid for unlimited drinks but had to buy more the first hour for each child.

I chose SkyZone for my son’s party because I was happy with experiences I’ve had attending other parties there. We did not receive the same experience. The facility was great and the kids had fun, but our experience in the birthday room was not what I had experienced in previous parties. Our host was inattentive or absent most times. I felt that the bare minimum was done. Our party was on a Monday evening and the park was relatively empty but for two other parties so maybe staffing was short.
