Customer service was great from booking to the party assistance with the food and cake. My guest were taken care of. The birthday boy has had his parties there for the past 3 years.

The team members where there for any questions that needed to be answered. Made sure the kids where having a great time. Gave the kids a little extra time for jumping do to some of our party did not show and the team members wanted to make sure my son had a great birthday party.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during the party for my daughter. The room was perfect and we had a view of the park. I was impressed by how clean the staff keeps all the rooms and the helpfulness when packing up gifts/left over decorations/etc.

Natalie was amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone on our party had a great time

Birthday part was scheduled by Patrick. Staff called to confirm everything. Greeted wonderfully by staff and Morgan who assisted from start to finish. Amazing! And best birthday party ever!

Max did a great job taking care of us through out the party. The planning and actual day of the party went smoothly. The only issue we had was that the older kids like to play dodgeball but only the little kids were allowed to play then the court was closed for a private party.

Our party assistants Ariel and JJ were so friendly and attentive. SkyZone made hosting a party effortless! Thank you also for having gluten free options at concessions. We didn't realize one of our guests has a gluten allergy. Ariel found another employee who knew just what to bring up to the party room for our guest!
