Lack of knowledge of catered food availability. There were no sides for the adult lunch. $30 for chicken is ridiculous.

Communication at beginning was terrible. We were told we had to wait for paty infront of us to jump but never told we could start.

Our first time coming to SkyZone was excellent! Everyone was so nice and to me that was the icing on the cake! A friendly helpful staff is what makes a company like yours stand out from the rest

My party planner never showed up but the team lead party planner took over and it was resolved. The pizzas we ordered were not correct however in the end we got new ones that were corrected.
