The staff always does a great job with helping out with the party. The Kids have plenty of room to get their energy out. The staff is always so friendly and helpful

We have had my sons birthday party here for the last 3 years, mostly in part because of the high quality fun and the fact that your monitors do an excellent job keeping things on track. We were the last party this time, and the party room monitor was not helpful and did not help track time, when it came time to cut the cake and I asked for a knife she simply looked at me and said, "Sorry you are out of time". She was not present much during the party and certainly did not facilitate the party as our past monitors have. It would have been nice if we would have known how we were doing on timing, we literally had to do all the clean up and get out as fast as possible.

Birthday party room was not ready. There was a different kids name on the door. Someone came in to mop while we were in the room. Had to wait an hour to get a pitcher of water in the room.

There was nowhere for the kids to gather between arrival and jump time. I don’t think anyone went over the rules with them (they are not old enough to read). Price was too high.

I reserved my sons party online. I received a message soon after telling me to call back to confirm everything but I never received a call back. I had to call the day of the party to confirm the party was even on the books.
