Althea was our party host and she was exceptional. She went above and beyond and was very good. She made everything so effortless for us and we got to enjoy our son’s party with him. She also made him feel better when he said he had a headache because she wanted to make sure he was enjoying his birthday. She’s a gem!

Birthday party was a success. My son was very happy with everything. Completely enjoyed our visit.

Ease of hosting a birthday party was well worth it. Our helper was extremely friendly and accommodating. It helped that we were able to go during toddler time and pretty much had the place to ourselves.

All of the staff were very friendly. The staff was making a conscious effort to clean highly touched areas. My son, the birthday boy, was upset about not being able to do the warped wall and they allowed the children to jump 15 minutes early!

The booking of party was fantastic. Also the team members tried very hard to make everything easy and were extremely friendly. The team member that was in the party room with us was amazing. She had to clean up messes and even served the kids.

SkyZone was great. The kids really enjoyed jumping and playing and the party host, Sophia, was fantastic! Great experience!

Shelby our host was Awesome. Very nice/friendly. Very attentive.

Megan was amazing at check in. She helped all of my guests get settled with their things and explained rules so well. Will was great in the party room. He was so very helpful. He did a lot but also let me take over when I wanted to handle the candles and balloons. He talked with the kids and interacted the entire time. I could not have asked for a better pair to help our party. Jordan the manager came up as well and introduced himself. Overall I was very impressed with the personal attention. I was not expecting it to be so nice and have shared with other parents as well. Great Job Skyzone!

Check in was an ease. The party staff were awesome. The only thing that would've made it better is if the birthday child could get free socks to jump in.
