The birthday party host was very helpful. Overall I feel like parties need more time in the party room to not be rushed to eat pizza and cake then open presents. All the guest had a good time and the pizza was delicious.

It was the least stressful birthday party I have every attended - and I was the host! The children were able to play as much as they wanted, and wherever they wanted! It was so easy to check in - the parents got to be as involved (or not) as they wanted. The party room was already set up, and everything was taken care of before I even thought to as for help!

Communication was thorough from start to finish. Our host was very kind and personable. There were a lot of options of activities for the kids to chose from. The pizza was great and my kids had a wonderful time.

Our Birthday attendant Sophia was awesome! The park was empty during our visit. Staff was helpful.

Great communication before the party. Loved that I could text with team members versus calling. Was able to conform prior to party who still needed to fill out a waiver. Made the check in process much easier. The only recommendation I have (for the sake of your staff) is to have a designated/more secluded area to contain the kids while everyone gets checked in. My group consisted of all 8-9 year old boys that simply wrestled on the ground by the check in desk - I'm certain your staff is used to it, but hope they were not too obnoxious! Great experience! My son LOVED every minute (especcially the dodge ball court with his friends)
