I enjoyed being able to call and ask a bunch of questions about birthday parties and book over the phone while talking to knowledgeable team members. The website was also very clear. The pricing was up front and there were no hidden costs or surprises at checkout time. The party host was very efficient and helpful! The kids all had a great time. Loved that the gym was not at all crowded during our party!

It was a great birthday party! Everything went smoothly. Holly, our party attendant, did an excellent job. The pizza was really good! We were very pleased with the whole experience!

My son loved his birthday party! It was easy to book and loved that we could do it during tot time. The person who helped us in the room was very helpful and attentive.
