The price of the party was a little high. I opted for an extra 30 minutes of jump time. We had a very god experience, but the price was a little high.

The price was very expensive. The drinking fountain didn't work very well, which led me to have to purchase more drinks before the party. And I was asked to complete my checkout in the middle of the party room time, instead of after it was done or while I spent an hour standing around while the kids jumped.

The one problem was the recording and a child getting out door which caused altercation between two parents because he made it all the way to highway street

Our event was a school event reserved for 30 jumpers. As organizer I arrived earlier than check in time to get things set up so when families arrived it would be ready for them. Each family had to sign a waiver onsite (there wasn't a way to get them the waiver in advance) and then had to get socks for their children. This process took a really long time and was really chaotic because the attendants were helping other customers so our group had to wait in line. No directions were given to families about safety or timing, etc. An easy fix to this would have been to have a designated employee whose ONLY responsibility was to manage and facilitate our party. Instead the employees (who were very nice and doing their best) were bouncing between trying to help us and taking care of other customers both at the check in area and in the concession area. The employees were working hard. But, they seemed a bit overwhelmed at trying to handle the needs of our group as well as other customers.

The party coordinator was ok. She seemed kind of crabby and didn’t take charge of the event like I would have hoped. Seemed very quiet and I was not impressed. Everything else was great.

Check in took 45 minutes and because we were waiting we missed out on 20 min of jumping that we paid for. Party was NOT worth the price we paid.

During some play time in the dodge ball area 2 of our kids got hit extremely hard in the face by adults. There was no staff that brought the children to us. The kids had very red marks and one had a very red eyeball. When the girls wanted to play some boys the staff allowed boys twice the girls size to join after teams had already been made and size was fair.

The kids had a lot of fun. There was a wide range of choices of equipment at the facility for a wide range of ages. When my child got injured the staff was very concerned and helpful. The only suggestion I have is to put in stairs that are not so steep that go to the Warrior course.

Not very organized. Couldn’t hear when they were calling for the party. They did not monitor or enforce the rules at all.

We was rushed to eat pizza cake and open presents in the party room and got rushed out the door for me paying $300 or more I would think u should get more time in party room
