The environment, the staff, and ththe conditions of the park was great. One of my guests commented on the party as the best they have ever attended.

I like that we get our own personal helper to help us with our party. Online check in makes inviting people easy. I really like how you announce the party over the intercom so that partygoers know in a friendly way that jump time is over.

Celebrating our son’s birthday party so we had a large group. Organizing and check-in with Crystal was seamless. She was very patient, kind and helpful. The kids (and adults) had a blast with many options to explore. The ease of not having to decorate and clean up was great!

Service was great and the booking process was easy. The kids enjoyed the activities and the food served. The hostess in the party room joined in with the activities and was amazing.

Mickey was a great help and so was our party host. I cant remember her name but she was great. She was very nice! The only thing that I found difficult to deal with was the time we had in the party room. I would also recommend a little jump time before and after the party. Thanks!

It was fun for the kids. The hostes was great and I was able to sit back and watch the kids play. The service was good as well.
