The overall experience was great and we along with the kids had fun. The price however I feel was to expensive for the short amount of time. I paid nearly $400 for 2hrs and 30 minutes, 3 pizzas, and 3 drinks.

I felt a lack of communication. When I asked early on about decorating, I was told to wait, but no one ever came to tell me the room was ready (it ended up being a different room than the one listed on our order) or get the cart. When I finally went to ask again, it was 10 minutes until the party time and I had not had any contact with my party coordinator. When the manager introduced her to me, she was very helpful and we got the food set out, but there was not really time for me to decorate as I had hoped. This was my first party at Sky Zone and I guess I needed to have been more assertive, but I was just expecting the staff to be more conscientious and not so laid back.

Overall it’s very pricy for a child’s birthday party. The time in the party box was so short and staff were only there the first five to ten minutes of the party box. Only ate 3 pizzas and they wouldn’t let me take the third pizza home even though I’ve already paid for it.

No communication! They didn’t notify my SkyZone helper that I was bringing my own decorations or that I ordered extra pizzas. But my helper was friendly & attentive.

Great place kids love it but to many parties were booked in one day and the staff could not keep up.The staff you did have were great they just were spread to thin!

Staff were infrequently at their stations, meaning that we couldn’t check in guests, purchase food, etc.

The check-in process. Our check-in person wasn't on top of our guests - people were unsure how to get their ticket...Could have used more attention. In the party room, lack of organization - not enough eating utensils, plates, napkins. Overall a good experience, but there seemed to be a lack of organization. Would recommend it to others for sure, but if you're looking for areas to improve, I would suggest those two. Thank you.

Passed from person to person and place to place for check in very confusing!!! The party room ladies were excellent.

I felt a little rushed in the party room to get done with pizza, move on to cake. Didn’t have time to open presents because our time was up. Luckily we were last party so assistance said we could stay and do that.
