First when we were called to the party room the food was not ready they brought up one pizza at a time and all the kids at my party had to be fed separately also at about 630 they came and told me that I had 5 minutes to get out the room because they had another party my problem is my party did not start on time because of my host not because of me and then they wanted to rush me out the door and this was my daughters party

It seemed that way too many people were trying to jump at once. The open jump area didn’t have enough jump pads and it felt like there were lots of people waiting for things to do. I also saw lots of kids with stickers on for times that either hadn’t started yet or whose end time had passed still jumping, which likely contributed to the overcrowding. It got better towards the end of our time but the first half was pretty overcrowded
