The open area was not ideal for the party. It should be cheaper than a room. Too noisy and not blocked off in such a way that other kids don't come in.

This is our first time celebrating our son’s birthday at Sky Zone. We wanted to have to best experience here but it didn’t happen. The party room set-up supposed to be ready with food by 1pm but it was not ready until 1:15pm. We ordered our food a week in advance but our chicken wings platter has not arrived until our party time was over. We were very disappointed. We hope to expect some compensation (such as free passes to return) from Sky Zone. Thank you.

Birthday check in process is inefficient. Would have been good to know to prewrite all my guests on a list with birth dates and shoe size. Also we were told we had party room 3, and set up and hung out in there. about an hour in, we were told they gave us the wrong room. This in itself would have been fine, except we were just kicked out of the area that ended up being our party room. So a bit annoying. Also cost seemed fine because I had groupon pricing, but would have been extremely expensive otherwise.

I feel like the kids could of had more jump time for the party. If you book the party it should be jump time the whole time. Also, the pizza was really bad for 20 bucks! Cant you guys work a deal with dominoes or costco?

Found out the $800 I paid was not enough to have me use the room from the moment we walked in and I had to pay an extra$100.00. The food was late

Staff was friendly and helpful, however we very disappointed with the food for our party. We attended a party there 1-2 years ago and the food was great. This time, the pizza and pasta and even the salad wasn’t good at all. For the money we spent for 25 jumpers, an extra hr of jump, and extra lounge area, we expected more.

Cost has increased and jump time was reduced from last year’s party. Unless cost goes down I would not book another party at this location. Cost too high for value received.

Everything was good except for food and tip for the host. Pizza was already cold to eat. The host was very nice and did a great job, but she didn't need to put foods for adults. Adults could do their plates and that way might have been easier and quicker. When we paid for the party at then end, we got to know we needed to pay tips for the host. We thought the host's service was already included in total amount. When we booked the party, we didn't get any explanation about it. Of course, the host did her best, so we were willing to pay for that. However, the staff asked us we have to pay for tips from 18% to 20% of total amount. I think it's enough we pay tips related to food in the party room, but why do we have to pay tips for jumping? That doesn't make any sense. I think sky zone needs to change rules about this. Overall, I'm satisfied with the birthday party at sky zone. I'll visit again soon.
