Food was underwhelming and not worth the price we paid. Costco pizza would have tasted much better than what was brought in.

The check-in process was only assisted by one person handling multiple parties. My guest were waiting too long. The women's restroom smelled awful, like a sewer smell although it wasn't visible dirty. I forgot my candles and your staff provided none, it was sad. I know its not requirement but it was a nice touch from a previous party when I forgot my candles.

First, my 4 year old sat on one of the Mario Cart games and the seat was broken so it slid all the way forward and then almost fell off the base that's 2 ft tall. If my husband hadn't been right there to catch her she would have been hurt really bad. Second, the team member that helped in the party room was a little clueless on how to act with children. She started a game and said " can everyone hear me!" And my 6yr old niece said "no" so instead of repeating her self louder she leaned over and yelled it again right in her face 😡. We didn't complain right then because I was a little taken aback and my niece has thick skin and seemed to shake it off but that doesn't excuse the behavior and the more I think about it, it was completely inappropriate and should be addressed. All in all the kids had fun jumping but the party experience was so-so and not really worth it. Most likely wouldn't do a party again.

There was no directions given at check in. Only one person for atleast 20 people for different parties at check in. Party room host was unhelpful and did zero games with kids. Then gratuity was added at the end and was never told there was gratuity added. No rules were explained and I said many times that I had never been there before. I was really excited for my child’s birthday party and don’t feel it was near worth the money we paid. I will not have a party there again.

A stranger checked into our party, who was not at the Sky Zone for a party at all! The person lied & said they were here for my party! They were trying to get in free, and actually sat next to the kids from my party on the bench, but the staff had ME confront this person myself to resolve, leading them to the main line for random guests, in order to get them removed from MY list. There was a language barrier which contributed, but the person clearly knew this was a way to avoid paying, since they were clearly avoiding an admission fee & we know Sky Zone is not FREE!

I waited at the check in with birthday stuff in my hands for 5 to 7 minutes while three employees just stared and when I asked for help one of them said the birthday coridinator wasn't there yet. I also only had 5 min to prep the party room. I felt rushed, ignored, and then pushed out at the end.

When guests from our bday party were trickling in late, they had to wait in a long line of the next bday party’s check in, rendering their jump time even shorter. Also, when originally arranging this bday party, the manager, Ryan, was in the back office a lot. I had a baby with me, and whenever I asked the staff member for Ryan, I was told he wasn’t there. In reality, Ryan was in the office behind where we were standing. Super unprofessional and rude.
