Loved the location, cleanliness, and check in process, but they did not have enough people to assist with food, drinks, or cake. It took a long time for everyone to get their food, and it was cold when they finally were served.

Everything was well organized team members were extremely nice helpful and patient.

Great place. Lots of things for kids to do besides just jumping. I love how there are areas that work the upper body as well. Lastly, my kids love the VR.

Our host was awesome. My son has had multiple bday parties here and our host (cant recall her name) was amazing just incredible!!!!! She was great with our kids and adults and made the event a blast! Loved her, great employee. My dtr Alexis Ellie Martinez had a blast!

Everything was nice and organized. Loved that I had to do little to nothing in order to enjoy the time with my daughter and loved ones.
