This was for my son’s 7th birthday party. Everyone had lots of fun and everything went really well. I didn’t realize that I had booked a party area that was not an actual room, but it turned out fine. Staff was very attentive for the most part. There was a lack of staff helping at check in for my guests. That was the only complaint I had. I also think it is a bit overpriced for the party. All in all it was a great party and went smoothly. We will be back!

The employee in check in was so nice I believe her name was Patricia. My host was a sweetheart and my son enjoyed his party!

Our hostess Elizabeth and Kay r the greatest. They know the time frame. They were so attentive w all my guest. Sorry my son left early but he had a baseball game to go to. He really had a terrific time. Thank u!

Everything went smoothly, kids were happy, we were in and out without feeling rushed.

The host was amazing along with the staff that process all the children in.

I love the way everything was organized but I think that the birthday girl should jump for free and Sri be able to invite 10 people but it's a great place

All inclusive birthday party package was very easy to use, I didnt have to worry about anything except the cake, decor and party favors. Our party attendant, Elizabeth, was so friendly and helpful.
