Employees were friendly. The party host played fun games with the boys and kept them entertained. Everyone had fun. I was left very pleased with our first time experience.

My kids get all their energy out at the facility. I appreciate the cleanliness of everything. The candy area could be gone all together. Add like a smoothie place or something healthy to offer the parents and children besides sugar.

Everything was wonderful but the food served for the birthday party was cold!!

The party was great & our party host was terrific. My only wish is that we had more jumping time. I don’t think we needed a whole hour in the party room. The party was over before our end time.

Because I paid unlimited drinks for the guests, and they only got drinks when they were on the party room.

I liked the service and the kids love the place. but I didn’t not like the smell of the play area. The pizza is nasty and nowhere near worth what I paid.

The communication to plan a party was difficult. No one would respond to emails. The website was not helpful in booking. It says to click to book a party but wouldn't go anywhere. I always had to follow up on an email a few days later because no one would respond. The party helper was great though.

Check in took a while, so kids were getting restless. Start time was 1:30 and most guess were early but they wouldn’t pass the stickers to jump until 2pm. Wish the kids could jump as soon as waivers were done.

When hosting a party and you are not able to use the party room yet there should be a designated table for your guess and water available for the children to drink.
