Without the Groupon I used, I do not feel that the pricing for a party is affordable, wouldn't do again without a Groupon. Also I was told at checkin that I could decorate the room while kids jumped. However, there was a party already in the room which is fine. But no one came to make sure they were out of the room on time or to clean their mess. I had to go find someone to get the room ready 5 mins before our room time which gave me no time to decorate.

We booked the party with Ashley who gave is all sorts of incorrect information that included quoting us the wrong price ($199 then we found later it was actually $299) and telling us they could not book a party at the time we requested even though no other parties were booked yet for that day AND we had just been at a party at that same time 2 weeks prior. We had to ask to get the manager involved. The mgr was supposed to call me back within the hour and I ended up having to call repeatedly many hours later as I was told the mgr was “too busy”. Eventually she did call and resolve the issue but it was completely and unnecessarily frustrating to book the party. Better training is definitely needed.

Easy - friendly - efficient

Other os selected because you don't let me select multiple. We paid for an hour in the party room, the "attendant" didn't listen when i told her to not touch the food, when i told her to leave my can alond i got it 6 times and still kept going. Pouring drinks when i said i will take care of it. No one said i had a food server provided, nor did we want one. We were rished along and she was spraying things down and throwing away our food and drinks 30 minutes in. I said to her we have 30 minutes left and she said yeah as if i was asking a question. Then i asked to to leave and stop cleaning til our party was over. It was soooo rude. She got an attitude, put away all the forks and it was horrible. She had someone stand at the door with my check half way thru my party. What an f up....

I would of liked for the parents to have been able to wait in the party room during jumping time.

The food was cold, expensive wings for little SAD wings and cold. So overpriced for wings that tasted worse than frozen wings. Pizza was cold. Extremely dissatisfied for food that was pretty much bad and overpriced.

We enjoyed our jump time / party time at skyzone. Staff was great, the only problem was the food. Pizzas were delivered burnt and cold. We will not buy food there again

It was a strange process for a party. Because we did not have a room and there isn't really anywhere to place guests things, I felt I had to stand at the front of the facility the entire time to make sure my guests knew what to do and where to go. It would have been much easier had there been a reserved area, table, or the actual room in order to facilitate better communication.

Food was terrible. I ordered almost 10 pizzas and they were dried and tasted old. I wish I opted to bring outside food.

I used your pizza vendor and it was 15+ minutes late. Staff did their best to accommodate late food arrival (provide sandwiches & popcorn). I would suggest using a different pizza vendor pizza was not good. Valuetina’s pizza on Westminster & Edwards.
