Everyone is super helpful. It seems to be one of the few places that actually isn’t short staffed. The host for our birthday party was super helpful, she helped with everything! Clean up went super fast and was very thorough.

We play here often due to best place in the area and by far the cleanest around team members are great thanks again guys

The birthday party attendant, Isabel, was highly attentive and helpful. Although we didn't utilize her for decoration or table prep, she was always offering assistance and help. She did a great job.

We had an amazing experience. From walking in being greeted and shown to the disclosure form fill out, sock handout, meeting our party coordinator Yasmine and everyone in between was so well orchestrated. The kids had so much fun and most of the adult decided to buy jump tickets as well. The party room was a perfect size for us and the kids loved the pizza! The added bonus was the free jump for a year for my birthday boy and coupons for the attendees to come back! We Loved our experience!
