The ease of scheduling the birthday party was a huge plus. The patience of the staff when our 4 and 5 year olds broke rules by kindly explaining the rule and not being mean. The pizza was delicious. Great birthday party experience.

Every team member we dealt with was friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend SZ, my daughter had the best time ever.

The staff was great, and very helpful. The party was super easy and we all enjoyed the time jumping. The kids all enjoyed each of the areas they jumped in and had a great time. The party hostess made it easy for me to jump with the kids and didn't have to worry about any set up or anything in the party room.

the birthday package is a bit pricy and wish that it was more affordable. Tipping the "host" is not clear this would be nice to have information upfront on the expectations

Katie, Yasmin, and Jenna were extremely nice and knowledgeable. From the moment of booking to the party everything ran smoothly. Check in was well organized and detailed. For a Saturday that was full everything was well controlled and fun. Yasmin kept my husband and I informed of every step. She also kept all the food and drinks supplied and helped. I think the value of all we got with also the one year membership was great!
