We had a great Birthday party experience. Our house was very kind and take care of everything. However, we were charged almost the full birthday party price when we were notified that day that the sky zone would be closd for the next few months. My son’s package included a years worth of free jumps, so we still don’t know when we will get that.

Sam was very nice and helpful our party was mistakenly mixed up with another and she fixed it

Customer Service was phenomenal! Love it. Relaxing environment. Kids had fun.

The staff made the experience a great one. Highly knowledgeable and attentive. It was one of the easiest birthday parties I have ever given one of my children. Just show up with cake and candles.

I was highly satisfied with my experience for the following reasons. There were activities to accommodate children of all ages. My party host was attentive with assisting with getting the food to the children. The check in process was simple.
