Booking the party for my grandson was easy. The staff was very helpful and respectful. The staff assigned to our party was AWESOME!!

Birthday hosts handled everything including clean-up. They were very friendly and accommodating. Environment was clean and fun.

For 7 kids to jump, $300 is quite expensive. The “extras” were not automatically given to us (T-shirt) and we had to ask for them. In fact, we forgot to ask for the 2, 1 hour jump passes when we left and I’m hoping we can still get them. The party host was very sweet and helpful.

This was the best birthday party. It was easy for me to plan, but super fun for the kids to attend. The manager was the nicest and most attentive hostess. The chicken fingers were really good.

I like the way the attendants make sure the kids are abiding by the rules. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The facility was very clean, we will be back soon. Lauryn was a great host. She got everything for us quickly and even got some candles that I forgot to bring for the cake.

The staff was friendly and helpful! They handled everything from reserving to setting up, and cleaning up. We didn't have to lift a finger.
