Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Kids of all ages in our group had a blast. Lots of different things for the kids to enjoy.

My granddaughter had her birthday party. We used the Glow Party option. It was super organized and professionally handled.

The staff is friendly. The facility is clean. The party was well-organized and affordable.

We had such an excellent experience. We will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

This was a birthday party involving a group of young autistic children. The staff facilitated several little changes - like turning off strobe lights and lowering music volume (sensory items that can distress an autistic child). Also allowed us to set up the party in parent sky lounge - since the birthday child (also autistic) is averse to small enclosed rooms. We really appreciated the willingness to accommodate our group. Some of the parents remarked that they would consider hosting their child's party at Sky Zone also.

The party room was very clean and our party guide was so sweet and great with the children! I felt like some of the jump station attendants were not very concerned with the safety of the children. The dodge ball attendant was eating chick fil a while at his post and there were too many kids on the court. There was no clear beginning or end to the game what so ever. The spinning thing attendant seemed too busy chatting with other employees to be concerned about the safety of the small children inside the enclosure. The free jump employee was very kind and explained to us that we were not allowed to sit along the edges of the arena. I appreciated her watchful eye and delivery of her corrections! The jump area was clean-ish. There were many food/drinks present around the trampolines even though there were signs clearly stating that they were not allowed. I believe water wouldn’t be a problem but there were gatorades/icees etc.. overall our experience was great and my niece(the bday girl) loves to come there and I love to bring her (especially since she gets 1 year free jump.) We will be back because I do believe the many pros outweigh the cons!

The individual that called to confirm the appointments need to make sure that they give the right information to their guests. This is very critical when it comes to large parties. But I am thankful that the management team resolved the problem and the party was a success.
