The attendant, Christopher , was very helpful and gave us great service. He was also very friendly. Our daughter and her guests all had a great time.

The staff is always pleasant. They make you feel like family and not just a number. Everyone helps each other so the park stays enjoyable.

Overall I would definitely book again. The staff was great. The timing of the event was perfect

The staff was very attentive & courteous to my needs for my daughters birthday party. I had no issues with the party itself just a few crying kids who didn't want to leave at the end of the party. Thanks Sky Zone for making my daughters party a memorable one.

Had my Boys birthday party on new Years at the Irving Mall locations. Robert and Julissa (party host ) were amazing . They were not only very helpful and patient but would go above and beyond to make sure everything was going according to plan. Robersons kept me informed on guest check in and schedule at all times. I am very pleased I had this party here. Thank you again to Julissa and Robert for an amazing time and memories.

I booked a party at this location as I have been here several times with my daughter and every time she saw a kid having a birthday party she mentioned she would like her party here. We were so happy with the staff being so nice and attentive to the 8 kids we had. They also did a great job at decorating the party room we booked
