When you first opened you were staffed well and facility was very clean. But as time has gone on and staff levels have lessened the cleaning has fallen off dramatically. People are pigs and you have to clean up after them....

Washrooms need to be cleaned and also there needs to be a nursing station for nursing mothers. While older kids play! There are some bullies in the dodgeball areas or bigger kids in age and size who cannot be controlled! they pick and hit younger kids and the supervisors cannot do anything. This is the reason I had to reserve dodge ball area for my party!

I originally booked for a toddler session the year prior then and contacted 1 month prior to the party to see if adding a second party could be added. No one informed me that the price would change from $20 pp to $30 pp because of this change. I assumed that the children from the original party would be at the original price point and the additional kids would be at the higher price point. 24 hours prior to the party I checked in and was informed of this price change. I was upset this was not brought to my attention before because I would have not added the addition 10 kids to the party. The person I spoke to said they were a manager and that there was nothing they could do. It was a real disappointment. So instead of being changed for 12 kids at $20 pp and 10 kids at $30 I was charged 22 kids at $28. This was a $76 difference.

I personally think 45 minutes is plenty of time in the party room. The kids were standing around for the last 15 minutes wishing they could jump again.

The Price of $30 per child is a lot for 10 kids - to have only 2 slice of pizza and pop. As we had a younger group, it would have been nice to have the TV on in the room, or some music. Our host was absolutely very good at what she did ( so we tipped her). I guess compared to hosting parties at other locations, we expected a bit more. The extra's provided for the children - eg, socks and free jump at another time, was great also - thank you. All in all, my son enjoyed his day, so that was great. The Cashier who helped us out up and above was awesome!

I booked a party two months in advance o lynro find out a few days before my party that you were offering a FREE 30 minute jump the same day. The party host wasn’t scheduled to arrive until 5:30 for 6:00 jump time so we still had to carry all our party items upstairs. At one point wen we had about 5 of our guest arrive, all workers were at the other check-in counter and not the party check-in. Also, the rounding-up of the kids was done by me (our hosts weren’t out there by 6:55). The hosts, however, were friendly.

I called skyzone several times but no one answered. I had to text and wait hours for a response.

We were very satisfied with our visit. The host handled everything for us-including rallying the group of boys

It was extremely busy and we while we were in party room, the crew was cleaning for the next party, it felt extremely rushed. Kids barely got to eat and we threw away too much food.

I WAS highly satisfied. It was a great birthday party and my son was very happy.
