The staff was amazing. I assisted the host only because I felt, as a parent I should do so. She was very helpful

I believe paying for a birthday party should give a private court for jumping. Also I thought it was a bit expensive and the cake wasn't supplied. Thanks.

A couple of the kids in my party arrived late. By the time they arrived my host (whom I thought was great) was already setting up the party room. The person at the check in counter said she could not check in the two late kids and we had to wait for our host to do so. She would not even give the girls their socks and it was a cold winter day! She gave no indication that she was going to get the host to check them in. So they sat and waited with no socks shivering. Another team member helped us later.
