Great hosts!...both were amazing...but Jacob really knows how to run the party and really lead the kids in the right direction!..with the amount of people we had ...he really handled everything for me and did such an amazing job! Thank you for everything!

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating with our party. We had 10 children and everything ran smoothly. It was so nice to host a party and not have to worry about set up and clean up!

The staff was great and friendly. The venue was clean. Everything was well organized for the day of the birthday party!

Booking the party was easy, our host was very helpful, and the kids really enjoyed their jump time.

My sons birthday party was very well served and organized in room. The employees working my party were polite and even helped me bring left over cake and pizza out to car. The employees working my party boxed everything without being asked and cleaned up if a mess was made. The employees also working my party checked up on kids and watched over them and provided a pitcher of water for them in case they were thirsty during jumping. The young man working my party should be recognized for his effort and work. Excellent employees like him is what makes a business known and talked about. I apologize that I forgot his name. Julia on check in was also great and very friendly and helpful, again this what parents dropping off their children see and during party the young mans help.

I was unaware that it became glow jump at 7pm. My sons party was from 6:30-8:30pm. I had younger kids with us who were scared of the dark. I wish I would have been told this when I booked the party so I could have done it earlier or notified the kids to wear specific clothing.

Attentive staff, great value for the money. Well monitored by staff. Quick and efficient service and clean-up with each member offering a vet pleasant and helpful demeanour.

Mary our party host was very attentive. She was always a step of what needed to be done. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I would highy recommend her and even request her if I was to have another party at Skyzone
