It was my Daughter’s 9 birthday all the activities were much fun for her and her friends and everyone was happy. But i valued the most is our host readiness and help and attitude. Most amazin young man. He dealt with 20+ 9 years old with calmleness and a smile on his face and endless energy.

The employees were happy and welcoming even with it being crazy from March break! The place was well staffed and clean and they were very accommodating when both of my grandmothers couldn’t wal the stairs. The food was fresh and on time and delicious. The help we got with the party room was awesome! Overall experience was fantastic!

Jacob from the Windsor, On Skyzone!! This employee deserves a raise/promotion. He was 90% of the reason I absolutely loved my kids birthday party. He handled everything, he was super patient but firm with his rules with the kids, including a few boys from my son's class who were not very well behaved. He communicated with me every step of the way and went above an beyond handling everything I could have thought of. This young man is someone you should appreciate as an employee! He probably gets paid minimum wage and still put forth amazing effort at making the party perfect.

The staff is very friendly and the children got lots of exercise. The pizza wasn’t very good but the kids love the party. Everything ran very smooth, thank you

The staff was nice and they were friendly. It was easy to check in. Everything was well organized. I left with no worries.

The birthday party was great and my daughter the birthday girl had so much fun. Our hostess Mary was amazing, so kind and helpful. I was very impressed with her attentiveness towards the children and how helpful she was in the party room. She truely thought of everything and my husband and I were able to enjoy the party while she took care of the rest. All the parents who attended the party were happy with the party and time at Sky zone. Again I can't say enough about how great of an experience Mary made the party for us!

The ease of the birthday party booking and host. He made it so enjoyable to be able to sit and take pictures of my son during presents and such. Jacob read his cards and help him open. He kept me on schedule with pizza and cake time. He was amazing and made, me being mom, enjoy every moment with my kids instead of playing hostess.

Staff was extremely friendly and organized. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the open concept of the birthday room upstairs. Just made the party to loud.

Party was easy to book, staff helpful upon arrival and directed us easily. Staff that helped with party kind and friendly.
