The staff was excellent in assisting us with any of our needs. The kids all had a blast on the trampolines. They all enjoyed the pizza and pop. Would reccomend this for future Birthday parties

Booked a 20 person birthday party through groupon, was awesome value The two girls were awesome that help us and the kids Very happy We’ve done it twice since November

Booking the party was very easy and all my questions were answered and they were willing to work with our specific needs. Everyone was very friendly and a lot of help.

I sent a note in stating our party leader Jacob was great. It was an extremely busy day as we could see all the rooms were full and other parties arriving. Jacob was attentive, great with the kids and fun.

I was annoyed that there was a groupon issued after I booked my party! I would have liked to invite more people for my sons party but because of the price we had to choose between a family party or a friends party!! I paid mor for a 10 jumper party then the groupon for a 20 jumper party!!

I was supposed to get a jump pass for my party attendees but never got one.

Jacob the party host is awesome and made everything so easy! The only thing I'd change was the price due to covid, other than that, it was great

Needed to get in party room before event, we had strollers , and decor to put up. The womens and family washroom were always busy, had to wait I line and not clean.
