From the moment I walked in I didn’t have to do anything. Staff was friendly and super helpful. All my guests were taken care of and left with lots goodies!

The host in our Birthday room Carson was extremely helpful. And excellent customer service, and he engaged the birthday girl and her guests. He ask what they like best about their jumping experience. He also offer to get a container to be able to transport the birthday gifts to the car. Carson was extremely polite and had excellent eye contact. He also noticed outside the room that a guest needed assistance, and ask if he could help. Which I said yes , because he had the room so organized and already handed out the pizza and drinks. I did not have to ask for more beverages because Carson was always one step ahead. Great job!!!!!!!

All personnel were friendly and informative. Our personal party guide, Calista, was involved and engaging the group. Kids are allowed to be kids and we got what we expected from an indoor park.

We practically had the whole place to ourselves so it was easy to keep track of nine, 11 year olds! Our party host, Carson, was awesome. They played limbo and other games with the kids while waiting for our jump time. The price was right with our weekday and membership discounts. All staff members were friendly.

Booking agents for party were helpful and informative. Check in was smooth with plenty of help wit guests. The time for jumping and party room was ample for all our guests. Hongry Howies pizza was a great surprise, I was so hoping it wouldn’t be Chucky Cheese-ish. Overall we all had a really good time.

Our host Bronden was awesome! The kids absolutely loved having him. We plan several party's in the near future and are hoping we can ask for him to host those parties as well. The kids had a blast!!! Thank you for an awesome time and awesome birthday party!!
